At Psychlinx, we provide support for a broad range of mental health and wellbeing concerns.
We work with individuals experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, behavioural and emotional difficulties, neurodivergent presentations, such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, relationship and family issues, learning or cognitive difficulties, adjustment concerns, and many other life challenges.
Our approach is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, helping them build resilience, coping skills, and lasting emotional wellbeing.
We offer a range of evidence-based therapy options to support individuals, couples, and families.
Our clinicians work collaboratively with clients to explore concerns, build coping skills, and promote lasting emotional wellbeing.
Our therapists use a variety of evidence-based and client-centred approaches, including:
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy used to treat trauma and related symptoms. It helps clients safely reconnect with distressing memories, emotions, and body sensations in a controlled way.
Using bilateral stimulation, EMDR supports the brain’s natural healing process, reducing the emotional intensity of traumatic memories and changing the meaning associated with them. Clients often experience these memories as less vivid and distressing after successful treatment.
We proudly support NDIS participants of all ages, from early childhood to older adulthood. Our team provides personalised services to help each participant achieve their individual goals and improve daily functioning.
